I just wanted to shoot you an email and let you know about a recent fantastic experience I had with a home inspector. The underwriter came back at the last minute asking for a septic inspection on one of my deals where I’m representing the buyer. The lender gave me David’s information as he does certified septic inspections AND home inspections as well.

He was extremely professional and his prices are very reasonable. He services all of North Central Texas, so it is very convenient to use his company. In addition to all of this, he got the septic inspection report back to me before the close of business on the day he did the inspection.

My experience with him was great and I will continue to refer him to my buyers for home inspection services and septic inspection if they need it!
